You want to understand blockchain's application to other fields than finance? Or you're simply wondering what is life as a researcher about the most exciting technology of the 21st century?
For this talk, we're extremely happy to welcome Po-An Lin, research engineer at OmiseGO, who will share with us the latest advances with the OmiseGO project and its use of the Plasma architecture.
He will also cover the basics of the Ethereum blockchain, the challenges it is facing, and explain why Plasma could accelerate its adoption as the main platform to develop and run decentralized applications.
If you want to learn more about Plasma, here is a first read we recommend before the event: https://blockgeeks.com/guides/what-is-omisego-the-plasma-protocol/#The_OmiseGO_Roadmap
ApéroTalk is our event series based on a very simple (and very French) concept: Apéro and Talk.
