HTML5 Gaming: technologies and practical use cases - with F. Brönnimann

In this talk, we'll explore with Florian the world of HTML5 games:
- the technologies used
- their different use cases (interactive ads..)
- showcase WebGL based examples
- have a quick live demo if time permits

Florian Brönnimann started programming from a young age for his portable game consoles and calculators. This passion for things moving on a screen and clever software designs led him to become an engineer and work on multiple kinds of technologies: web, microcontrollers, e-commerce, mobile apps… It wasn't until he moved to Japan that working in the game industry became a possibility and a reality.

Florian now works at Soft Gear as a full-stack developer on game related technologies.
