WebGL, Dataviz & Creativity: An introduction to digital art - with F. Zumbrunn

What is digital art? What are the technologies being used and how to get started? Florian will share with us his experience working on projects using WebGL, generative art and demonstrate another aspect of coding, rarely explored.

Florian Zumbrunn, alias Floz, is a media artist who put digital art at the core of is process. Using code as it’s main tool, he gives life to his visuals by using any type of data, like music, photos or numeric and textual values.

Graduated from Gobelins in Paris, where he developed his technical and creative skills, he decided early to get some worldwide experience by joining Firstborn in NY and then starting freelancing from many different location. In 2017 he created the studio Makio&Floz with his partner David Ronai where they work on digital based projects.
