Description

We've been running a couple of times our workshop dedicated to product launch, and for those of you who joined it, you may wonder: "Ok cool, but how does it work in practice?"

To answer this question, we'll welcome Frédéric Peyrot, multi-entrepreneur, and currently in charge of the launch and development of Vibe, a Team Morale Meter Slack plug-in.

Through the example of Vibe, Frédéric will cover the key points of Product Development:
• Starting with the problem
• Lean canvas
• KPI setting
• Product development methodologies
• Product management heuristics
• MVP
• Most common mistakes

We'll finish the session by a short Q&A, and of course the usual beers, snacks and good spirit!
