On October 19, join us for the online talk with a tech startup solo founder Philippe Khin who will share his journey of bootstrapping his way from side hustle to successfully fundraise the first seed round, while making his way to get the Japanese Permanent Residency.

📍About Philippe:
Born in Cambodia and grew up in France, he started his career in tech in Japan from 2017. Working as a software engineer within a corporate wasn’t enough to satisfy his thirst to become a better programmer, he has built solo on the side SewaYou, a location-based language exchange app to help people overcome the language barrier in Japan and ended up turning it into a company in 2022.
