In just a few years Docker and the broader ecosystem around containers have had a dramatic impact on how people build, deploy, and manage software at scale. But learning it might look complex as it comes with many technicalities.
For this workshop, we are happy to invite Masahiko Funaki, a Developer Advocate at CircleCi, who will guide you through the process of building containerized development with Docker. Through this workshop, you’ll quickly learn how to work with containers and Docker with the help of practical activities.

The lecturer uses the Windows environment, but the Mac/Linux environment should also work.

Masahiko Funaki is a developer advocate at CircleCI. Prior to CircleCI, he worked at Microsoft, SAP, Sybase iAnywhere and Dejima (which will be later known as Siri). Originally started as a natural language processing researcher, but also loves from cloud programming to soldering with Raspberry Pi.
