In building Data Science & Machine Learning teams, achieving a diversity of approaches and experiences is not just desirable — it is critical. Yet in Japan, as few as 13% of data scientists today are women.
This panel talk brings together four women working in Machine Learning in Japan to discuss what drove their decision to pursue a career related to data science, to understand differences across approaches to learn it, and to examine what can be done to encourage more women into the field.
Whether you work in Machine Learning or another Data Science field, or just considering moving into the industry, feel free to join and network with like-minded people during & after the event!
