With SpaceX rockets performing amazing flip maneuvers, astronauts tweeting from Space Stations, and robots riding across the desert of Mars, it shouldn’t be too far out there in the realm of your possibility that you can work in the space industry 🚀

The space sector is growing fast, and ambitious space missions require a large team of workers with a variety of skills, including software development and machine learning. High-tech space qualified hardware cannot be used and controlled without a robust software, while data collected by spacecraft relies on machine learning to minimize the processing time.

For this talk, we are happy to welcome Alice Pellegrino, Space System Engineer who worked at Canon Electronics inc. designing and building Japanese microsatellites. She will share her tips & insights for developers and data scientists who are dreaming to get their foot in the space sector in Japan and Europe.
