Description

Although being a woman in tech often means being alone in your team, many companies actively want to hire more women in tech-related positions, and grow them into role models. While several companies are doing it right, there are plenty of not-so-supportive, even hostile environments.

This August, we are hosting a panel talk with working professionals & activists to discuss the tips that will help you identify good places to work at for a woman in tech. This talk will address several sensitive topics relevant to all women in Japan, with an aim to connect, educate and inspire women working in technology, as well as companies looking to create a more inclusive environment 👩

  • How to identify when a company is women-friendly?
  • What questions to ask during interviews?
  • How to pick the company with the most inclusive working style, and what are the big no-no’s”?

Whether you are a woman looking to dive into tech, or a company hoping to create a more inclusive environment, join us on August 12th for an insightful panel discussion!
