1-23-1 Toranomon, Minato-ku, Tokyo 105-6390
Product Management is the most versatile position in a startup: sitting between customer needs and technical team, the Product Manager needs to understand and analyze users behavior and translate it into features and user stories.
As such, a product manager needs to acquire a very diverse set of skills, from being able to work with design tools to understanding a database schema.
In this workshop, we will cover the most important skills that a product manager needs to master:
• Product pitch: precisely define your value proposition
• Mockup: make a basic mockup of your app using Figma
• Database: what's the core database scheme of your product
• User stories: write and organise your user stories on Trello
This workshop is also suitable for entrepreneurs, and will give you a simple methodology to precisely define the product you want to build, as well as work efficiently with developers and designers without unnecessary processes or misunderstandings.
We will take lots of real-life example (Product Hunt, Airbnb, etc..) to illustrate this workshop.
We are extremely happy to partner with Venture Cafe Tokyo for this event!
Every Thursday, Venture Cafe gathers 300+ attendees at Toranomon Hills for a night of tech and entrepreneurship.
